Since Halloween, young muggles, squibs, and wizards alike have been waiting with excitement for Christmas. Who can blame them? A big, beefy man with a beard that’s white by the name of Santa Claus comes around delivering gifts to all nice children. None of us have ever questioned his existence and have already prepared refreshments for his visit on this special night.
BUT DOES HE?
Multiple sources recently revealed that Santa Claus may not be coming to your town this year. With ever more chimneys to dive into, the time has come for Santa to choose between what is right and what is safe. In fact, Elmo Shropshire, a doctor and late divorcé, remembers the time Grandma got run over by a reindeer, walking home on Christmas Eve.
“When we found her Christmas morning, at the scene of the attack, she had hoof-prints on her forehead and incriminating Claus marks on her back, ” recalls Shropshire. “It’s not Christmas without Grandma.”
Haven Gillepsie, an American Tin Pan Alley lyricist did not echo these sentiments but agrees that the man with the big red cherry nose has a lot on his plate.
“Now, Santa’s a busy man, he has no time to play,” says Gillepsie. “He’s got millions of stockings to fill on Christmas Day.“
With manslaughter on his record, it is no surprise that Santa Claus is the most wanted man alive. In honor of the holiday spirit, we share 7 gifts of magic that we can all indulge in without spending a single galleon!

“The knowledge that you have emerged wiser and stronger from setbacks means that you are, ever after, secure in your ability to survive. You will never truly know yourself, or the strength of your relationships, until both have been tested by adversity. Such knowledge is a true gift, for all that it is painfully won, and it has been worth more than any qualification I ever earned.” – J.K. Rowling
